Delivery information
Every printed book is made to order and delivered with free tracked UK delivery.
Delivery cost
Free tracked UK delivery is included on every printed book. If we can deliver to another country you choose at checkout, any postage for it is shown before you pay.
How long it takes

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Busy periods, such as the weeks before Christmas, can take longer, so please order early for special occasions.
Where we deliver
We deliver printed books to the countries offered at checkout, starting with the UK. Digital PDFs can be downloaded anywhere. If you need a book delivered somewhere else, email [email protected].
Tracking your book
Your book is printed by our UK print partner and sent with a tracked service. Once it has been dispatched, you’ll find the tracking link in your account under Settings → Print orders. See order support for help.
If something goes wrong
If your book is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll put it right. See returns & refunds for the details.
